PENGARUH MEDIASI KEPERCAYAAN PADA HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOLABORASI SUPPLY CHAIN DAN KINERJA OPERASI

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of interorganizational trust on the relationship between supply chain collaboration and operation performance. Supply chain collaboration measured using second order variables; information sharing, incentive alignment, and decision synchronization. Hypotheses testing using SmartPLS confirm positive relationship between supply chain collaboration and interorganiza-tional trust as well as interorganizational trust and operations performance. The direct relationship between supply chain collaboration and operation performance was not significant. These support the mediating role of interorganizational trust.
