Uso y abuso de la reforma en Ecuador: reflexiones generales con énfasis en lo electoral

Abstract

The article analyzes the constant tendency to propose measures of political reform like mechanisms of solution to the problems of the Ecuadorian political system, although experience shows little effectiveness of the measures adopted and its improvisation.
