Abstract

Job stress and work enthusiasm are factor that effect to performances employee. High performance can help the company for getting profit. The other side, low performances can inflict financial lost to the company. Because of it, the employee performances has to get more attention by doing knowledge link to job stress variable and work enthusiasm. CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang as publish and printing house company also book distributor, has to give more attention on employee factors. The problem that has to be faced by the employee are job stress, discent work enthusiasm and lower performances employee. Production department employee CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang has been identified by having job stress. According Yerkes Podson, job stress can be positive or damage performances. Based on it, the researcher will research the effect job stress and work enthusiasm to performances employee production department (study case at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang ). The purpose of this research are to know the effect job stress and work enthusiasm to performances employee in partial or simultan also job stress, work enthusiasm and performances employee description at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang. The type of this research is explanatory, while research method uses proportionate stratified random sampling method to determine sample amount 68 people from 210 total populate people. Data colected by questionare, interview, observation and literature. To analyse data used descriptive statistic analyses and inferential statistic analyses. Especially for inferential statistic analyses using double regression analyses with SPSS for windows program. Based on the analyses fot job stress and work enthusiasm in partial to the performances employee the result wich is gotten by job stress variable is t count < t table that is 1.968 < 1.996. The variable of work enthusiasm t count > t table is 3.568 > 1.996. While, to see, there is or not the effect of job stress and work enthusiasm simultanly to performance employee used F test, the result F count > F table has 17.026 > 3. 13814. The conclusion is production department employee has job stress in purpose to get performances and work enthusiasm is needed in achieving performance, job stress does not give effect significanly to performances employee, work enthusiasm gives effect significanly to performance employee and also there is effect significanly between job stress and work enthusiasm to performances employee. Suggestions that are given by researcher, the company has to give exercise sport programs (gymnast / aerobic) to the employee as the exertion and overcome of stress, job and task distribution are done by more spread and equitable also supperiors have to study and look for information about job stress as judgment for making decision in company.
