Based on the survey data, the current status of the platforms was summarised, followed by an analysis of the degree of impact from each factor on the selection among platforms. Next, platform development and user satisfaction were discussed in the light of platform security and credit rating and user experience. Finally, several suggestions were put forward to improve online education platforms. The research results are of great importance to the development of online education in China.
