Abstract

Uncertainty theory is a branch of mathematics for modeling human uncertainty, and uncertain statistics is a methodology for collecting and interpreting expert's experimental data by uncertainty theory. In order to estimate uncertainty distributions via experts' experimental data, this paper will present a method of moments and design a numerical method to find moment estimate of unknown parameters.
