FET y de las JONS como Fuente de disenso en el Franquismo a la luz del concepto Resistenz

Abstract

This article focuses on the study of dissent surrounding the FET yde las JONS in order to identify the fault lines between this single partyand other groups that supported the regime. Rather than focusing onpolitical rivalries, this article emphasizes how attitudes of rejection directedtowards the FET revealed a desire to preserve cultural aspects tobe respected by the regime. In so doing, we apply Martin Broszat’s conceptof Resistenz with the goal of identifying what cultural aspects weremost important in defining the limits of consent and dissent.
