Abstract

Building reconstruction is a very important application in SAR tomography in urban areas. Most of the current reconstruction methods are the combinations of the edge-based method and region growing method. Due to the lack of resolutions in the elevation direction, these current methods fail to detect buildings with low height. In this paper, a multiple-bounce model is proposed to analyze the feature of buildings. A reconstruction algorithm is then proposed to incorporate these extra features. Comparisons with other methods are maded in this paper to show the effectiveness and the advantages of our method.
