Abstract

The article presents a speech by University of Michigan political science professor Robert Axelrod on the topic of how the discipline of political science can add to other academic disciplines. He discusses the concept of cooperation among academic disciplines, game theory, and the concept of artificial intelligence. He also discusses the concept of what is called TIT FOR TAT and academic disciplines such as economics, evolutionary biology, and medicine.
