Abstract

31歳男.1994年11月より2〜3ヵ月ごとに激しい腹痛発作と腹部膨満感を訴え,近医へ受診を繰り返していた.これまでに3回入院したが器質的異常は認められなかった.腹痛発作に腹部膨満感等のガス症状を主に伴うことよりガス症状優位型の過敏性腸症候群と診断した.腹部単純X線写真で左結腸脾彎曲線に著明なガス像を認めたことから脾彎曲部症候群が疑われた.1996年6月より「医学統旨」の柴胡疎肝湯を開始したところ,その後症状は出現しなくなった.感情不安定や立ちくらみ,皮膚症状等も軽快した
