The rise of e-commerce has caused changes in the development of logistics management, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the logistics industry. This paper first describes the current problems faced by logistics management innovation, and then describes the characteristics of logistics development in the ecommerce environment, and then puts forward specific countermeasures for the innovation and development of logistics management under the e-commerce environment.
