Abstract

The author, in his line of investigation into the history of institutions, develops the principal concepts that lead to the Inter-American System to talk about Conventionalitys Control, as a jurisdictional concretion of the guarantee of applicability of the decisions of the Jurisdictional Inter-American System in the internal Law.
