Abstract

The integration of management systems has been consolidated as a fundamental strategy for organizations that are focused on achieving maximum competitiveness in the market. Taking this into account, the company 2DME SAS, with the acronym Central Group, currently has certification in operation as a training and training center in fall protection for work at heights, and has implemented - independently - the quality management system. and the occupational health and safety management system; Therefore, it is proposed in this research to articulate the systems under NTC ISO 9001:2015, NTC ISO 45001:2018 and NTC 6072:2014, through the “Integrated Use of Management Systems Standards” (IUMSS) methodology. The research is carried out in two phases, initially a compliance diagnosis is carried out and, subsequently, the design of an integrated management system where the four stages and eleven substages of the aforementioned manual were taken into account, identifying leadership as key factor for the process. This result allowed us to obtain an integration guide for the organization and other companies dedicated to providing training services for work at height.
