Abstract

The Princess Margaret model (PMM) has higher accuracy and sensitivity in the prediction of residual benign histology when compared with other models. The PMM identifies a higher number of patients for whom retroperitoneal lymph node dissection can be avoided, and gives confidence to be used as an extensive and prospective clinical application.
