Abstract

Toxoplasmosis is the most frequent cause of posterior uveitis and retinochoroiditis is the most common manifestation of ocular toxoplasmosis. Therapy is recommended for all immunocompromised patients with systemic disease and for immunocompetent patients with vision-threatening retinochoroiditis.
