Welcome to the second issue of IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems (TCSS) this year. First of all, I would like to report that, as of this March, the CiteScore of TCSS has reached to 5.15, a historic high, especially considering the fact that the numbers of published articles had increased significantly in the last two years.
