Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are considered a valuable element of economic development in any country. SME innovative behavior is a critical factor in organizational competitiveness and business performance. Accordingly, this paper aims to offer comprehensive knowledge of the research studies on SME innovative behavior and performance. This study employs bibliometric mapping to analyze the main research trends in SME innovative behavior. Cluster analysis revealed the essential topics of the field - innovation capability, the role of entrepreneurship, individual capabilities, and environmental issues of SMEs.
