Impact of factors of external and internal environment on competitiveness of construction company

Abstract

In today's conditions, the economic situation in the country is quite difficult. Most of the domestic enterprises suffered heavy losses, but still try to stay on the market. Under such conditions, competition is growing faster and stronger. The theoretical aspects of the formation of the competitiveness of the construction enterprise and the scientific methods of their evaluation are considered. An analysis of the influence of factors of the external and internal environment of "ALD ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION" LLC is presented, the weaknesses and strengths of the enterprise are determined. A SWOT analysis of the construction company's activity was made. Proposals are given for solving the issues of increasing the efficiency of the construction enterprise, and the key strategic priorities for increasing its competitiveness are considered.
