Abstract

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Pekanbaru City is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in the Pekanbaru city government, in the main task and function of one of the goods administrators is the collection of official vehicle data within the Pekanbaru City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency . One of the alternatives that can be selected in the official vehicle data collection process is by implementing a QR Code to control official vehicle security for goods handlers. This inForm ation system uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. Whereas in its design it uses UML (Unified modeling language). With this system it is able to make it easier for goods administrators to collect data. Because with this system the goods handler can control the vehicle anywhere and anytime.
