Abstract

O artigo busca delimitar os objetivos da Itália fascista no Brasil e fazer um balanço das relações entre os dois países no período entre as duas guerras. O argumento central gira em torno da política migratória italiana e da aproximação dos agentes e agências fascistas no Brasil aos imigrantes de origem italiana e seus descendentes.The article intends to delimit the goals of fascist Italy in Brazil and make a balance of the relations among these countries during the period between World War I and II. The central argument is based on the analysis of Italian migratory policy and the approximation of fascist agents and agencies in Brazil and the Italian immigrants and their descendants.
