G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance 2023

Abstract

The G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance are the international standard for corporate governance. They help policy makers evaluate and improve the legal, regulatory and institutional framework for corporate governance, with a view to supporting economic efficiency, sustainable growth and financial stability.The Principles were revised in 2023 to reflect recent evolutions in capital markets and corporate governance policies and practices.
