Abstract

Alkyl-2-(3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-2-yliden)acetates have been synthesized by the condensation of 2-[(2-aminophenyl)disulfanyl]aniline with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in boiling dioxane as solvent in excellent yields. ©ARKAT.
