Abstract

The article highlights the need for companies to improve their wellness programs by introducing corporate wellness programs instead of short-term behavioral changes. The Gallup Organization provides five essential elements that comprised employee well-being including career, social, and financial. Issues regarding job satisfaction and employee management are discussed.
