PENGARUH STRATEGI JUMPUT TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PUISI SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 10 PALEMBANG

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence jumput strategy on the ability in poetry reading skills of class X students of Palembang State High School 10. The method used in this study is an experimental method with the design of Posttes-Only Control Design. This study aims to find out and describe the effectiveness of jumping strategies in the ability to read poetry poetry of class X students of Palembang State High School 10. The sample of this study was 37 students of class X MIA 7 as an experimental class and IIS 2 consisting of 37 students as a control class. The data analysis technique used is the test data analysis technique. The results showed that there was an influence of jumput strategy on poetry reading ability of Class X students of Palembang State High School 10. The test results show that the value of t obtained is greater than t Table (4.91 greater than 1.75).
