Abstract

All human beings have the need to communicate, but due to several factors that intervene at the time of communication, this can especially change their code, the set of signs and rules used in the production of a message; The people with visual impairment use the Braille system, as their method of reading and writing, this system tries to form symbols for each letter and number by means of raised points. Currently, in most cases, learning and communication in Braille is limited only to paper and its writing with the help of a punch, so different devices that help this group of people to digital inclusion will be analyzed. participation in the use of a computer for different purposes, already developed by different areas of research, to finally make and present the design of a prototype for the application of this language and functioning as a keyboard to write using the Braille system on a computer, as well as its software and hardware development process, the research and design of all the necessary elements for it and the procedure used to verify and verify its correct operation and tests performed with potential users.
