Abstract
Access to higher education has increased in private networks due to scholarships and funding. Student satisfaction is a dynamic process and involves several aspects that significantly impact student learning. The objective of this study was to evaluate the determinants of the overall satisfaction of university students in relation to the course, and this study proposes to test whether the constructs indicated by Paswan and Young can be used to measure the overall satisfaction of students of this private university. The results showed that the teacher–student interaction, the demand, and the organization of the course influence the teacher’s involvement and the student’s interest.
