Abstract
The Teacher Mobilization Program (PGP) is a teacher professionalism development program through training activities and teacher collective activities. However, the progress of this program will certainly not go straight according to the plan and expected results. The aim of this research is (1) to identify the problems that drive teachers to increase literacy and numeracy for elementary school children in Ende and (2) to find solutions to overcome these problems. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show that the problems faced by driving teachers are time problems, health, lack of support from the school, less active students, limited facilities and infrastructure, and inappropriate learning implementation.
