Abstract

Environmental problems are caused by environmental damage caused by massive deforestation. This happens because humans overuse natural resources without paying attention to the damage that occurs. The goal of maintaining the land ecosystem of life on land affects environmental protection policies so that no more ecological damage occurs in Indonesia. The method used is normative research using legislation and norm systems as the objects of study, such as ideal legal values, legal theories, legal principles, legal teachings, court decisions, and legal policies. Maintaining the land ecosystem of the Life on Land SDGs affects environmental protection policies in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to implement environmental protection regulations, synchronize SDGs 15, and maintain land ecosystems. The SDGs affect environmental protection policies by maintaining and protecting the environment so that no more ecological damage occurs in Indonesia.
