Abstract

The present work analyzes the situation of Heritage Education based on information and communications technology (ICT) in Spain, synthesizing the legislation on heritage education in this country. We propose some structuring variables and a selection of representative programmes based on the review, definition and valuation through research of the Spanish Heritage Education Observatory in order to define the perspectives for the future related to the application of the ICT in Heritage Education in Spain.
