Abstract

In the article, the authors discuss how they prepare their hospital to respond to emergencies like the COVID-19 pandemic. Also cited are their preparations like securing personal protective equipment and ventilators, training employees to safely respond to the pandemic, and increasing the number of inpatient and intensive care unit (ICU) beds for COVID-19 patients.
