Abstract

Access to information and communication technologies ensures the performance of SME, their competitiveness by allowing them to be resilient to competition. This article focuses on the analysis of the factors adoption of financial NICT by SME in the city of Bukavu in DR Congo. We analyze the variables that drive SME in Bukavu to adopt financial NICT. This study is based on 130 SME (all’s categories) selected in the city of Bukavu. The results obtained show that the adoption of financial NICT by SMEs in the city of Bukavu is explained by the organizational culture, competitive pressure, the relationship with partners and the lack of resources. In addition, the results of the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations showed that the index of financial NICT adoption for SMEs in the city of Bukavu is 73.4% and revealed that the model is good and reliable with a α = 0.745 > 0.7.
