Abstract

This study seeks to focus on non-Bayesian estimations for the scale parameters and survival function of Exponential Rayleigh ER distribution. The maximum likelihood, rank set sampling and maximum entropy estimations will be obtained as non-Bayesian estimation. In addition, we provide compared numerically through Monte Carlo simulation study to obtained estimates of the scale parameters and survival function in terms of their mean squared error MSE values and integrated mean squared error IMSE values respectively.
