Abstract

AbstractTeacher plays an important role in the process of education. In the teaching and learning process, a teacher can be as a determinant factor influencing the student’s learning effectiveness. Consequently, the quality of teachers must highly adequate. One of some effort in order to incease the quality of teacher meant, is providing scholarship for the study both in domestic and abroad. The giving such task study is still running continually up today with its various kinds, for example in making cooperation with university or in giving scholarship to the teacher. The problem raised is how the teacher can get such task study that can increase the performance of the Islamic school; after they finished their task study and teach again. The following article describes that relation with take location in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru.
