Abstract

Noise has become a huge issue to be considered, especially in industrial sectors. Most of the people who work in mining industries have been undergoing auditory and non-auditory ill-consequences due to the exposure of high noise factors. This article concerns about the occupational noise hazards and its risk assessment along with its safety mechanisms to control the arising noise in various forms. It also specifies evaluation strategies of the noisy factors prevailing in mining fields, where their consequences are briefly narrated.
