Abstract
The article describes a classroom teaching strategy on the power of peers, which proved to be successful to the author with students at a Catholic theological seminary. It involved cross-cultural courses concerning race, ethnicity and language. The author created a course with an aim to introduce peer questions for developing class content. He observed that they submitted discreet questions every week. He kept the questions based on commonalities or importance in terms of the overall curriculum.
