Abstract

The article discusses the impact of globalization on monetary policy in the U.S. The article seeks to examine whether the Federal Reserve's ability to assess the state of economy or conduct monetary policy has been impaired by globalization. The author believed that the Federal Reserve's ability to influence aggregate demand and inflation is not affected by globalization.
