The results wereexpressed as proportions after the normalization of the data and p value (<0.05) was considered significant. Results: The significant difference was noticed in intra group comparison in group A and group B in MDQscore (p<0.05). And difference in Group B was greater than Group A in inter group comparison (p<0.05).Conclusion: Study concluded that both lower limb and abdominal isometric exercises and asanas help inreducing distress related to primary dysmenorrhea.
