Abstract

The government's policy on the provision of free school bus did not meet the high transport demand in terms of education. The number of students who use school bus transportation as much as 114,000 students from January 2014 until March 2014, the number of students is quite a bit not in accordance with the number of existing demand. (Transportation Bandung, 2014). The cause of lonely students who use school bus routes and stops because there are not serving bags-bags of housing and its location-the location of the school as a whole, so there are many students who do not use school bus transportation. Therefore, should the assessment of the performance and effectiveness of the school bus stop in the city of Bandung. Researchers limiting sampling of respondents targeting school children (SMA), because the high school has a lifespan that has been able to keep himself using public transport or the school bus transportation. For SMA is picked based rayon because the zoning has been adapted to the school service coverage, so that the division of rayon is said to be stable for the school near where you live and then backed up by the school bus pass. in the capture is rayon c with coverage SMAN 3, SMAN 7, SMAN. rayon C is selected because it bypassed once 3 school bus transport service, including school favorite and a central region of the city of Bandung. The results showed for the assessment of performance using the method These IPA (importance-performance Analysis) of the 13 variables studied, there are five variables included in the improved performance.
