Abstract

Survival of Argentine stem weevil from eggs to fourth instar larvae was compared in endophyte-infected and endophyte-free ryegrass in the screenhouse. Survival was significantly poorer in endophyte-infected plants. The results are discussed in relation to larval survival and damage in the field. © 1984 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
