Abstract

This article aims to elaborate on the impact of the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19) on the teaching and learning process in Indonesia which creates digital pedagogy. The Covid-19 pandemic has created a transformation of education in Indonesia from conventional to digital based. Even so, the uneven digital technology infrastructure and the lack of resources for teaching staff have made the implementation of online learning (e-learning) encounter many obstacles. Several technical and non-technical obstacles were encountered in the online learning process, both at the elementary and higher education levels. This article is a literature-based conceptual study on the dynamics of online learning that was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article finds that the Covid-19 pandemic has changed learning methods in Indonesian education to become digital-based. This article also finds that it is necessary to strengthen digital infrastructure for the development of digital pedagogy schemes during the new normal period to strengthen online learning
