Inteligência da fé em um contexto pós-metafísico: Apontamentos para uma nova sensibilidade teológica

Abstract

O autor situa o pensamento teológico no contexto de uma culturapós-metafísica. Nesse contexto situa-se a própria Igreja, sentindo-se anecessidade de reconfigurar-se diante das novas exigências que se apresentampara a sua missão evangelizadora. Urge uma atitude de reformulação dopensamento teológico que sustente a presença e ação da Igreja nesse contexto.Tal reformulação deve considerar “o sentido plural de todas as coisas” quecoloca em crise a razão e a teologia. Daqui a urgência da teologia em assimilaros desafios da época e buscar legitimação pela capacidade de apresentar oque possui de novo, de diferente, de irredutível, fugindo de absolutismos etotalitarismos.Abstract: The author fixes theological thought in the context of post-metaphysicalculture. In the same way he proceeds with the analysis of the Church on thepremise that the Church is to be reshaped in the face of new demands andchallenges to the mission to evangelize. There is an urgent need to expressanew theological thought to substantiate the presence and action of the Churchin a wider context. This formulation should consider “the multiple meanings ofall things” which might give rise to a crisis in reason and theology. Thus theurgency for theology to assimilate the challenges of our times and search forcredibility to be shown by the ability to show forth whatever she possesses interms of new things, different, and irreducible ones, thus escaping fromabsolutisms and totalitarianisms.
