Abstract

The author reports about the combined leprosy and TB control programme in Paraguay making use of Isoprodian (a combination of rifampicin, isoniazid prothionamide and dapsone in one tablet). The duration of treatment for leprosy patients and TB patients is 5 months or a little longer depending on the clinical course of the patient.
