Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh digital marketing dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui brand trust pada store Wardah di Buaran Mall. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 225 responden, menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software PLS versi 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh digital marketing berdampak positif terhadap brand trust. Digital Marketing tidak berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk kualitas produk berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap brand trust. Kualitas Produk berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand trust berdampak positif dan signifikan teerhadap keputusan pembelian Kata kunci: pemasaran digital,kualits produk, kepercayaan merek, keputusan pembelian. This research aims to understand the influence of digital marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions through brand trust at the Wardah store in Buaran Mall. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 225 respondents, using Purposive Sampling techniques and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via PLS version 3.0 software. The results show that the influence of digital marketing has a positive impact on brand trust. Digital Marketing does not have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.
