Struktur Komunitas Fitoplankton pada Berbagai Kedalaman di Pantai Timur Pananjung Pangandaran

Abstract

Phytoplankton community structure in an aquatic ecosystem is strongly influenced by environmental factors. Study on community structure of phytoplankton in Pantai Timur Pananjung Pangandaran at various depths and its relation to the physicochemical environmental factors has been done. This study was conducted using a survey method. Phytoplankton and water samples were taken for three consecutive days at four different depths at each depth interval of three meters. Physicochemical factors analyzed were temperature, pH, transparency, salinity, conductivity, DO, BOD, CO2 and HCO3-. The results showed that phytoplankton found in Pantai Timur Pananjung Pangandaran was accounted for 15 species of the five classes of Coleophyceae, brought to you by CORE View metadata, citation and similar papers at core.ac.uk provided by eJournal of Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University (UIN)
