Abstract

How well does the content related to”forest-like” meet users’ needs? This paper looks at how satisfied property owners are with the management services provided by the BGG Service Group, which looks after 10 housing communities in Guangdong Province. To do this, it sets up a system to collect and process data using IoT devices, a mobile intelligent questionnaire system and a big data analysis platform. There are many different machine learning algorithms that are used to create models and to study the factors that affect satisfaction. This helps to show what the most important things are that affect the quality of property management services. The study’s data-driven approach provides an effective tool for government departments to scientifically formulate regulatory policies and property companies to optimise their service solutions, and promotes the intelligent and digital transformation of community property services.
