Abstract

When a new drug becomes available, prescribers may wish to have independent information to formulate their own opinion about its place in therapy. Information may be in the form of drug monographs or summaries, peer-reviewed articles, clinical guidelines, systematic reviews and clinical evaluations from drug agencies. Knowing where to find information on potential adverse drug reactions is important. © Commonwealth of Australia.
