Abstract
Human Molecular Genetics, 2015, 24, 3830–3846. doi: 10.1093/hmg/ddv126Old image. The Authors have identified that the 4% input control blot for the immunoprecipitation presented in Figure 1C was from β-actin blot obtained from the same set of samples, but from a different experiment. Due to the strong resemblance between the two blots, and because they were from the same samples, it was included accidentally. The myosin VI blot was also presented upside down but is otherwise correct. The Authors have prepared a new, corrected image of Figure 1C, containing the correct β-actin blot and myosin VI in the correct orientation. Both the corrected and current images show similar levels of β actin in each lane. Hence this minor error does not impact on the results or the conclusions drawn.
