The samples used in the research were small-scale plasma and medium-scale plasma. The analysis approach method used in Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) research analyzes and formulates models between variables. Independent variables are farmer performance, institutional strengthening, partnership service satisfaction and farmer motivation. Dependent variables are farmer empowerment and economic improvement. The results showed that the variables technopreneurship of farmer performance, institutional strengthening, partnership service satisfaction and farmer motivation had a positive and significant influence on empowerment and economic improvement.
