Komposisi Hasil Tangkapan Dari Modifikasi Cantrang DI Perairan Branta Kecamatan Tlanakan Kabupaten Pamekasan

Abstract

Catering fishing gear is a fishing gear that resembles a large conical bag that is operated at the bottom of the water with demersal fish targets. Catering fishing gear is made of net material such as a large cone-shaped bag and the more you go back the smaller the size. Catering is operated on the bottom of the waters that are substrate/sandy and there are no corals with demersal fish as fishing targets. Catering fishing gear consists of the main parts, namely the wings, body, and pockets. The wings function as a dribbler of fish into the body and henceforth the fish will enter the bag. Branta Fishing Port is one of the ports in Pamekasan Regency, Madura which is managed by the Class III Branta Port Management Unit (UPP). The description of the fishing aids was carried out by interviewing and measuring the rotation of the capstan and the diameter of the capstan to determine the pulling speed of the capstan. The results obtained are that the average pulling speed used by the axle is 22.69 m/minute. The diameter of the axle used is 67.5 cm while the rope used is 1000 m long and the axle machine used is a Dongfeng machine with an engine power of 30 PK
