Abstract

The article is devoted to the assessment of the factors hindering innovative development. As part of the study, it was revealed that the identification and assessment of factors is a necessary task for enterprises, including in such a direction as innovative development. In the study, the factors influencing innovative development were divided into three groups - these are external, internal and other factors. The analysis of these factors allowed the authors of the study to identify the points of their occurrence and, as a consequence, their neutralization. The paper presented a survey of enterprise managers, reflecting the rating of factors affecting innovative development, which indicates the variety of importance of each factor affecting the innovative development of an enterprise. At the end of the study, an algorithm was proposed that contains a systematic plan of action to identify, assess, manage or neutralize factors.
