Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of patient safety services in hospitals. The type of method used is a literature review approach that begins with selecting a topic and then writing down keywords that match MeSH. There are four databases used in this literature, namely Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, and Garuda. Furthermore, the data was selected using Flow Diagrams, the assessment was carried out based on the feasibility of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, obtained 8 journals. From the results of a review of the journal, there are several things that affect the quality of safety services in hospitals, including the application of accreditation standards, assessment of patient safety culture dimensions, leadership styles and roles, communication of health workers to patients and patients' families, and how nurses perceive patient safety culture. . Based on the 8 journals analyzed, it shows that there is an influence on the quality of service and patient safety in hospitals.
